All items are checked by us before shipment and carefully packed. We try to keep shipping costs to a minimum, but for a good service we are forced to keep the following rates.
Do I have to pay shipping and delivery costs?
The shipping costs are as follows:
- Shipping within Belgium for orders under € 80 are € 6.95 shipping costs. Above € 80 we charge € 1,95 processing costs within Belgium
- Shipping to the Netherlands for orders under € 80 are € 8.95 shipping costs. Above € 80 we charge € 3,95 processing costs to the Netherlands
- Shipping to France for orders under €80 are €12.95 insured shipping costs. Above € 80 we charge € 6.95 to France
When will my order be delivered?
If the products are in stock, the products are shipped within 1 working day in 90% of the cases. For Belgium and the Netherlands, a delivery time of a maximum of 48 hours normally applies. In other countries the delivery time may be longer.
Your order will be shipped as 1 package as soon as we have received all items from your order. If you want the items that are in stock to be shipped earlier, we are forced to charge shipping costs.
My order is later than expected, what should I do?
In most cases you will receive a Track & Trace code from us with which you can track the shipment. If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please contact our customer service.
Can I cancel an order?
As long as your order has not been shipped, it is possible to cancel the order and receive a full refund. To cancel the order, please contact customer service. If the order has already been shipped, canceling the order will lead to payment of the return costs.
I have received my order but I am not satisfied
Have you received your order and it does not meet your expectations or would you prefer something else? This is not a problem with us.
You can inform us via customer service within 14 days of receiving your order, do not forget to provide us with your order number. You must return the product undamaged in the original packaging after confirmation from our customer service. You are responsible for any damage in return shipments and the costs for the return shipment.
You can return your order in 2 ways:
- You can drop off your order personally at our store
- You will receive a return label from us, which you must stick on the package. You can then drop off your package at the local post office.
I received my order but it is damaged
All orders are checked and packed with great care in advance. They request you to check the received goods for damage or breakage immediately after receipt and to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In the unlikely event that your order has been delivered with defects, we apologize for the inconvenience. You can contact customer service, stating your order number and photos of the defects. Our customer service team will investigate your problem with the utmost care and provide a solution to your problem, including refund or repair, within 2 working days.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
Unfortunately, we are forced to charge the return costs of € 6.95 within Belgium. The return costs outside Belgium are €9.95.
