Do I have to pay shipping and delivery costs?
The shipping costs have been temporarily adjusted due to the Coronavirus:
- Shipping within Belgium for orders under € 40 is € 6.95 shipping costs. Above € 40 we charge no shipping costs within Belgium
- Shipping in the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany for orders under € 50 are € 9.95 shipping costs. We do not charge shipping costs above € 50
When will my order be delivered?
If the products are in stock, the products will be sent within 1 working day in 90% of the cases. For Belgium and the Netherlands a delivery time of 48 hours normally applies. Delivery times may be longer in France.
If the product is not in stock, we will contact you within 1 working day to inform you of the status and expected delivery date.
My order is later than expected, what should I do?
In most cases you will receive a Track & Trace code from us with which you can track the shipment. If you have not received your order after 4 working days, please contact our customer service.
Can I cancel an order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to cancel your order so that you receive a full refund. To cancel your order you can contact customer service. If your order has already been sent, canceling your order will lead to the payment of the return costs.
I have received my order but am not satisfied
Have you received your order and does it not meet your expectations or would you prefer something else? This is not a problem with us.
Within 14 days after receiving your order you can inform us through customer service, do not forget to provide your order number. After confirming our customer service, you must return the product undamaged in its original packaging. You are responsible for any damage caused by return shipments and the costs for the return shipment.
You can return your order in 2 ways:
- You can personally place your order in our store
- You will receive a return label from us, which you must stick on the package. You can then deliver your package at the local post office.
I received my order but it is damaged
All orders are checked and packed with great care in advance. In the unlikely event that your order with defects has been delivered, we apologize for the inconvenience. You can contact customer service, stating your order number and photos of the defects. Our customer service will investigate your problem with the greatest care and provide a solution to your problem within 2 working days, including reimbursement or repairs.
Are there any costs associated with returning?
Unfortunately we are forced to return costs of € 5.00.
